There are many factors that play a vital role in the success and accuracy of a Project. Generally, the first several days/weeks of any GlobalStar project is dedicated to detailed project planning. GlobalStar utilizes MS-Project for project schedule (project plan) management and documentation, as well as other applications such as Visio for flow-charting of processes.
